Core layer fully impregnated. No bubbles. No dry spots. Optimized drying ensures no cracking or cloudiness during hot pressing. Meets E1 / E0 / CARB P2 emission standards.

Pre-lamination with veneer/LVB/HPL
Paper stays aligned. Stack boards easily and feed hot presses in batches. Prevents folding, tearing, and dust contamination during handling. Allows smooth air escape during hot pressing, reducing bubbles and dry spots.

The advanced impregnation line ensures that
the paper is coated with glue stably,
at high speed and without curling at the edges,
providing a solid foundation for the
subsequent lamination process.
